She started out with a music video with Shaan, called Khudgarzi, produced by Eros in 2011. In the same year, she made her first debut movie in Telugu named 100% Love. Her next release was Chokher Bali, directed by Anurag Basu, which aired on Epic TV in 2015 as part of a series called Stories by Rabindranath Tagore. In 2015 she appeared in a movie called Perfect Girl directed by Prakash Nambiyar.
Tara was then marked on by Vishesh Films for a three-film bargain. Her first Vishesh Films discharge is Love Games coordinated by Vikram Bhatt delivered by Vishesh Films
Then Tara Alisha Berry featured in a Tamil movie named “Biskothu” and “A1” in a leading role opposite Santhanam. Tara was then signed on by Vishesh Films for a three-film deal. Her first Vishesh Films release is Love Games, directed by Vikram Bhatt Produced by Vishesh Films and T-Series.
In the year 2020, Tara Alisha Berry played Mastram web series as a lead along with Anshuman Jha and this web series became a mega-hit series and running still now. This made a huge breakthrough in her acting career. Mastram is an adult 18+ rated web series that covered nearly 200 million audiences in a single year.
